Payment information and puppy reservation form
This form is only to be used if you have spoken to us, we have agreed to allow you to reserve a particular puppy and you have paid the deposit to reserve the puppy. (Or if we have agreed to payment on pickup if the puppy is being picked up within 24 hours)
This allows us to get your puppy contract put together quickly. The payment portal below allows multiple payment methods including card payments and shop pay to split your payment up.
